My CREDIT SCORE IS HIGH RISH which is very impossible

Last month I was Average Risk and I paid my account in time and paid extra so I can improve my score on all my accounts actually, i paid double the normal pay on my account.

I didn't even do an inquiry nor apply for any finance but they downgraded my SCORE from average to VERY HIGH RISK. Other bureaus have even upgraded my score. I even contacted them even today they are still fixing it.

No judgements, adverse listings or defaults.....no arrears accounts...please explain and update my profile accordingly.
