My credit score is always wrong!

I'm so ****ed like every month this company is issuing me with incorrect credit reports. I'm so ****ed! <br> <br> Even the accounts that I have paid don't reflect therefore my score is going down for no ****en reason. I had to dispute my report 2 months ago. Where will I be able to qualify for credit if you guys are giving out incorrect reports.
