Most *********** people I've ever encountered

Most *********** people I've ever incountered in my life. I have accounts still showing on my account that's been closed for over a year now. Months of struggling, everytime when i eventually get feedback they confirm that the accounts reflect as closed and will update next month and bam still there... will put in a dispute about a closed account and they respond with how to reset my password hahaha guess brain still loading
