MONEY DEBITED MONTHLY BUT NO REPORT OF MY CREDIT

Goodday<br> <br> I would like to express my unsatisfaction and im also confused as to what is happening, i signed up with EXPERIAN in order to receive my monthly feedback which was my way of getting to track my credit record monthly, and on 2 occassions now money is being debited which is a sum of R21 BUT i am not getting my credit report, i did send an email requesting it but there was no response. please assist
