Misrepresentation of credit score

My credit score is over 720 on TransUnion however with Experian which certain banks utilize my score is 620 and the credit report provided by Experian does not contain history over the last 5 years of what the score was over time.

It does not appear to be an accurate representation of the credit score as it appears that there is no history contained of utilization and built-up credit score ratings prior to opening a credit card with Capitec bank.
