Misleading Information/ Non-Compliance to Section 24 of POPI Act No 4 of 2013

It looks like #Experian only respond to queries on HelloPeter, I have been emailing and calling in the past 2 months, but none of my calls and emails have been responded to.

Can someone please advice if there are any external bodies/ Ombudsman where I can send a formal complain about #Experian? In terms of Section 24 of POPI Act No 4 of 2013, A data subject may request a responsible party (Experian) to correct any misleading personal information about the data subject.

In this regards, my efforts to communicate wits #Experian have all failed. Is there any Privacy Law Expert that can reach out. I am willing to pay for the services. my email address is ***.
