MISLEADING FEEDBACK

I have been complianing to Altas Finance to have them removed on my credit report as their being on my credit report is way out-dated. I have a once off loan with them in 2007 when I was still a student and to my suprise they still had me as 'Active' member on my credit profile. they then requested compuscan to update and on 25 of Febraury 'Compuscan ' sent me a message via the 'PA to directors Celeste Katts' to advise that the credit report has been updated. as a subscribed member at 'Compuscan' I logged in with confidence that at least one is goin somewhere and boom I was shocked to find that things are still the same. why would someone say something is done when it is not done? that unprofessional and irresponsible really
