Misinformation

This company is messing with our lives and they don’t understand the impact that their misinformation has on our lives. They reported my rent as a loan and this has an impact on my credit score and other bank matters. I made a dispute which was supposed to be resolved within 3 days but it’s been more than a week now, I tried to call them but no one bothers to pick up the call.
