Masters of false information

This must be the worst credit bureau ever. I fail to see why and it is shocking that so many institutes rely on the wrong information that this bureau provide. Nothing is up to date and trying to log a dispute is just a futile exercise. I noticed something quite strange, I participated in a customer satisfaction survey re Experian a few months ago and gave them the low score they deserve. Just after that my credit score which was constant for years all of a sudden took a big dip without any reason. Coincidence? I doubt.
