lying to costumers - inconsistent service

I registered for a debt counselling course with this company and the shifted the training dates more than 3 times. The could not give me my refund of R8000.00 they kept telling me lies and apologising emails but no money in my account. Its been two months of promises while I lost lots of money even money for booking accomodation for the training.
