Logging a dispute is an extreme sport with Experian
Logging a dispute with Experian has to be listed among the top extreme sports in the world. The portal will not allow you, the numbers you are provided to call will make you hold regardless whether you call in the morning, afternoon or evening, you can never ever get to speak to someone who will assist you. And the email address provided? Good luck with getting a reply. They can take some notes from Transunion.

I have provided proof that I have paid the loan every month as agreed on the 25th, the service provider also rep**** to Experian to say they did tell me that I'm not in arrears they even offered a letter to say I'm not in arrears but dispute CC-5496 is resolved and Mellisa Adams can tell me that you are not able to resolve in my favour ,my credit report still shows arrears for the month of February for this account. Wow.
