LOGGED A DISPUTE, NO FEEDBACK

Hello,

I have logged a dispute 2 weeks ago regarding an account that has been paid up and settled, till today, the account is still showing and appearing under my profile as 'open/current and under arrears. The account has not been removed or closed under my profile, I have also not received any feedback or response in regards to this, it seems no one cares at Experian and this affecting my family livelihoood. Can someone please just get back to me. i haven't even received a ref no. since i logged the dispute so i don't know anything, im in a dark. PLEASE HELP!!!!

hello,

I don't know if you read my whole mail, but i did specify above that i did not receive any ref no, the account i logged a dispute for is 'Vanci Cash loans'.

i have relogged the dispute for the same account twice but haven't received any ref no.s, I don't know what's going on with your system, can you check under profile, you have all my details.
