Logged a despute and Nothing has been done so far regarding ABSA Adverse Account

In January 2024 I paid all the arrears on my Absa vehicle account. Up to date my vehicle account still reflects adverse and not reflecting that the arrears were paid. I spoke to Absa numerous times and they kept telling me that the account will be updated within 21days, till date the account is still not updated.

I am livid with the poor customer service and support from Absa. I'm trying to buy a house for my family and Absa is the only stumbling block, with no reason. The least Absa can do is to provide me with reasons why my account is not updated 5months later and stop giving false promises.

One thing for certain Absa is quick to list a customer for arrears , but moves like a tortoise when it's time to update the accounts. Absa will kick you while you're down and makes you feel that you're just a number.
