Lodged dispute pending - 3 months later

For 3 months I have called, emailed Experian to remove prescribed debt from my credit report. And even after an investigation it was acknowledged that the accounts listed are prescribed - it still has not been removed. 3 months later!!!! Why???????!!!!!!!

Today I spoke to Lesego who said that she confirmed with the creditors that it's been removed only to check my report and see both capitec and wonga remain on my record even after claims that the listings have been removed from my credit report.

90 days is too long! The organization of experian is disgustingly bad. You people are *********, inefficient and ***********! I have been nothing but patient, not once have I been disrespectful to your staff yet Your call center agents have dropped my calls mid sentence, put me on hold with hope I would give up and just hang up.

Your organization should not hold the responsibility of keeping record of such sensitive information.

I am disgusted and frustrated. These agents have no business being trusted to do their jobs Patricia, Debra, Themba, Kgomotso and Lesego.
