Listing prescribed accounts after dispute is resolved

I disputed prescribed Maxi credit solutions account number 78633 and my dispute was resolved and account removed on my profile on 21/12/222 but today when i check my profile the account is back on my credit profile as an adversd account. The reference for the previous dispute of 2022 is ENH***. Please remove that account and be professionals
