Listing Dispute

I settled an account in April and informed Experian and attached proof of settlement, their form, my I'd and proof of address by nothing happened. I phoned them number of times they don't pick up. I repeatedly sent emails bt still today no response. I emailed Norman Bissett and Associates to assist with the matter and they also didn't assist.
