Liberty policy update to reflect that it is closed and the monthly premium to reflect as 0
I logged a service complaint against the Liberty Group to update my information on Experian for failing to do so in the last 2 years to mark my policy/account as closed and to reflect the premium information as 0 as per legislation requirements.
Liberty in a follow up letters accuse Experian for not adhering to the updates!
