Letsatsi loans service pathetic from experts credit check

I have got letsatsi loan which is hanging up on my profile I think for a year now that I made dispute and sent all necessary documents but it still appears as update account with balance of R7899 and installment of R1534 though the account is settled I'm starting 2023 with the same problem
