LAW UNTO THEMSELVES, EXPERIAN CREDIT BUREAU

Time and time again Experian credit bureau goes against the country's laws unashamedly, I am pretty sure hundreds of thousands to millions of, unsuspecting citizens are disadvantaged by Experian's total disregard of the country's laws, I lodged 2 disputes through their website, received an email acknowledging the disputes, promising a reference number for each dispute within 72 hours, five days later still no reference number, this is the first abuse, reference number should be provided immediately after lodging the dispute, 20 business days for resolving the dispute, with Experian unlike all other major credit bureaus, starts after receiving the reference number, which takes forever to be issued, Why? Consumers need this to escalate with the Ombud or NCR or any other body of their choice.
