Lack of Service and Feedback

I have sent numerous emails to request experian to log a dispute for my FNB personal loan which is reflecting as a default. I was never informed of the listing and as per NCA this listing needs to be removed. My most recent email to ********** was on 19/11/2018 at about 17.35. It useless trying to get through to experians call center as no one answers. Please log this dispute and provide me with a reference number.
