Lack of service

Been struggling to get hold of Melissa at Experian wrt to a previous complaint I wrote in the first week if Dec on Hello Peter. She called me back but my phone kept shutting down. She then emailed me to which I rep**** but I’ve yet to receive any resolution from my original query. She said she would call me back but has not yet done so. It is so frustrating and disappointing living in a country where the level of service of most things are just so dismal.
