Lack of customer service and assistance

Hello, I have been trying to get hold of Compuscan and Experian for days now and no answer. I have logged a dispute and received no reference number. Need to confirm that the dispute is lodged and open on both bureaus. Please may I speak to an actual person, been holding on the phone for hours at a time. Not on! Absolutely disappointing.
