Lack of communication
I logged a query last year November with Expirian Sa. To date I have not received any communication what so ever. Our credit is ruined by this lack of communication and interest by this company

Leah Ramoroka is the worst at resolving queries.
Since when does prescribed debt marked closed or paid up and still remain on your profile? She doesn't even give proper feedback.
I've dealt with Experian before, and I didn't get this kind of service.
