Kindly close the dispute its more than 21 days!

I've been struggling to get hold of Experian SA, their lines are always busy... I recently lodge a dispute for prescribed debt now its over 21 days days with no response which it makes difficult to access the credits from credit providers because of this matter. Funny thing is other credit bureau acted on favor! its only them still listed my name
