Just the worst

Of the three major credit bureas in SA, Experian id by far the worse. From their lack of response to their incompetance when you finall get hold of one of their useless unproffesional call centre agent. They should really take a leaf out of the book of Transunion and Compuscan . On 13/04/2018 my debt counsellor emailed all the credit bureas a count recission order to romove the debt review flag against my name. Yeah you guest right, it is only reflecting at Experian. When i call, "we are still waiting for the count to confirm" Do they follow up? Ofcoz not. It is not their lives thats been put on hold. Wish there is a way we could take them to court so that they can loose their licence or put under review or something. Now ill get an automatic reply saying they will get back to me.
