Just don't care

I paid my one account off 07/02/2024 - The attorneys never send the closure confirmation. I from my side emailed experian, phoning them no answer. I now see on clearscore the information comes from experian, not yet updated and this is MORE than 60 days. I tried phoning experian again this morning (I held the line for 19 minutes, I do have proof of that also) and the computer tells you to log into My credit check.... I did that, and there this account show closed??? Can you people just CLEAR my name on every platform. This is SO frustrating trying to send emails without feedback even!!! Now also as some of the comments below, I every few days try to apply for a loan, I can't, but the QUERY against my name is pulling my score down!!!!!!!!
