judgments given two years ago

I went to update my company documents at the bank, so I could proceed to SARS. I could not be helped because I had a jugdement on my name which affected the company profile as I am the director. I checked what was the judgment it was linked to Standard bank. And I was told to send through proof that I had paid. I sent the Letter of settle together with the deposit slip. I cannot wait 7-20 days for the judgment to be removed. This should be treated with urgency cause my business is at hold because of someone who failed to update and do their job after I paid which was 2 years ago.

Worse part I didn't even get a confirmation the my email was received at Experian this is the 3rd day.

This is so depressing as I cannot do anything.
