Judgment and accounts not being updated

So Experian started by adding standard bank credit card that does not belong to me to my credit profile I tried sorting it out with the bank but they can't help because I don't have full details like card number and now there's a JUDGMENT for a fully paid Absa credit card that I have a paid up letter for, there's an account I closed long time ago but it's not updated stillsys I owe R900, I've emailed numerous times but no solution and I only have a problem with this company. Transunion doesn't have STD bank credit card and paid accounts are closed.
