Judgement removal

Good Day Sir/Madam

I am not happy with the Services i received from Experian Credit Bureau in South Africa. I paid the Attorney’s who filed a Judgement against my name. I called Experian Credit Bureau to remove the Judgement from my name. Their send me an email address which i responded to. The return email said their are working on my matter. I send the paid up letter to them but their dont provide any other clarity regaring my issue i am not Satisfied with the Ugly services received

EXPERIAN is supposed to remove my name within 7 - 14 days what a bad Credit Bureau who are unprofessional in providing me with the Services Requested
