Judgement not removed SMD Technologies

I am utterly appalled at Experian service towards there customers. I am a paid subscriber, i have Judgement on my credit profile which i paid in full and logged a dispute and added the paid up letter. Experian has not removed this judgement which is affecting me from employment opportunities. They are not doing there jobs and us as clients must suffer. Please remove this judgement
