Judgement not removed after retention period

I checked my Experian credit report and found a judgement still listed when the retention period had expired. By law credit bureaus are compelled to remove judgements from a consumers profile after the retention period. Please action this and remove the judgement as I always seem to have to log a complaint on hello peter for assistance in order to get Experian to respond and resolve my issues.
