ITC SCORE affected by stupid reasons

ITC SCORE’s affected by stupid reasons I am livid to see what I am judged on that affects my credit score? I am not behind on my accounts at all, but the fact that I made a purchase and the item used all my available credit ( and I paid the balance cash ) has now been used as a negative? I did not exceed my limit, Truworths will not allow it! So it has been assumed I exceeded and wham 7 points down! I ensure that my accounts are paid, even more than the amount due. Seems one cant win in trying to keep your score up with any of the credit companies in South Africa? Think its petty and stupid to actually see how you / credit bureaus in SA keep on affecting people’s credit score for stupid things! Focus on the non payments, not on how you think a situation is or pick up a phone! I Unfortunately cannot put the words down here to properly tell you how I actually really feel and to decently express how angry I am.
