Is it Necessary to have Experian and Compuscan Reports since they ONE company now????

How can it be so easy to update Compuscan and struggle with Experian ? Holding for 20 minutes no answer, send emails no response... Looking at all these complains I think its high time some went to the regulator regarding this place. Handling people credit record is very sensitive and must be attended timeously. You guys acquired compuscan is it necessary for a person to have 2 separate different credit reports from one umbrella ? Credit providers are refusing to provide proof of payments to prove their "Last payment dates" but keep updating it to recent dates to avoid being prescribed.

Transunion and Compuscan sorted these out with so efficiently but then YOU GUYS!!!!!
