Irritated

Seriosly this company operates as if they don't care what ae they doing. I logged a dispute about the account under my adverse information. They came back and advised they have removed it, see the correspondence received below. The account is still under adverse information. Who are they fooling? Please look into your operations. I will escalate this matter further, should it not be attendant ASAP.
