Insance call waiting time (call centre _ 30 minutes and holding)
The call centre does not seem to work. I need to reset something and have been holding for 30 minutes. This is the third time I am trying to call today. The first time I dropped the call after 10 minutes. The second time 15 minutes. Come on guys, your call centre needs to work.
