****ing a process

In 2019 Compuscan was informed that I have completed my debt review, all the paid up letter as well as the clearance certificate was sent to them by my Debt Counselor. Until today, they have not updated their systems as I had to find this out through FNB. I have tried phoning them, but they do not answer their phones. I have emailed them my documentation just for them to reply that they only deal with Debt Counselors. My previous counselor sent them the documentation again and still no word from them. How do they expect people to clear their name if you do not receive assistance!!!
