I paid Acquifin on 15 July 2025 and they gave me a paid up letter.The payment did reflect on Experian, however, a few days later the debt is showing as never paid after numerous attempts at sending Experian the letter. I am furious because they never take phone calls.

In addition, I submitted a paid up letter for this debt.Which I see will not be actioned.
