Information not updated

I contacted supreme finance - Sunnyside with loans that i had with them that were paid on time but not updated on transunion. They advised me that their ITC is Compusan, they send their info to compuscan and it is the responsibility of compuscan to send to Transunion and other ITC. Supreme finance has cc'd me in their emails that they send to ********** in April and twice recently where they have requested compuscan to update my details with transunion but still this is not done. I have called compuscan all i get is a run around and no can assist me , and they cant even give a turn around time. This is totally unacceptable as i need my information updated soonest who ever that is not doing their Job should be fired, I cant be inconvenienced like this.
