Information in credit report not updated since May 2020

One of my accounts (Finchoice Loans) where paid up in full and closed in May 2020 already. I have send emails and used the online portal to lodge a dispute already to updates the information on my Credit report. The creditor also communicated with Experian several times already to update the data base. Lockdown can not be used as a excuse for everything that is not done on time.

Please update my information
