Inefficient and irresponsible with people's credit information

Experian S.A. is very inefficient and irresponsible with people's credit scores. They have not updated very important information on my credit score. I have been emailing them since October last year with the exact same issue. I have NEVER received a response from them not once. I have also been calling them and waiting for about 20 minutes on the line with no one picking up. Not once did anyone pick up. For a credit institution this is highly unacceptable.
