Incorrectly updating a closed account
I have been trying since July to get assistance, I have supp**** all the documents you have asked for and yet you are still unable to assist in correcting the account listing. However you are able to update the account incorrectly even more every month, I am not sure what to do at this point because I have sent alot of emails each which keep asking me for documents which I am providing but no change in direction of fixing this incorrect listing that is affecting my score very badly

I still have not received feedback for a query in June on the same account that seems to have been reloaded for an unknown reason, I just keep getting the same messages saying feedback will be provided and I never get it, yet the account is still there despite all the evidence provided to show it should have been closed in April 2017
