Incorrectly flagged as being under debt review

I have exited debt review more then a year ago. The counsellor sent on paid up letters and clearance certificates to all credit providers and bureaus including experian.

I myself also forward this on to them and they confirmed receiving such info and yet they still have me flagged as being under debt reviewing.

I have phoned numerous times and logged a dispute on the mycreditexpert op page with no success.

This is affecting me in a negative manner as it brinng my aggregated credit score down and limiting my chances to build a future.

I actually got a bond approved after being rejected and then sending on proof that I'm not under review.

You guys must be ashamed of how you are doing business
