Incorrectly captured loan to my name

I app**** for a home loan at Nedbank.They picked up that I have a loan with standard Bank captured by Experian.I went to standard Bank referred to the account number on my credit report.The loan belong to some else.It not in my name.I tried calling Experian and for two hours no one picked up
