Incorrect update of Sequestration and Rehabilitation court orders
I e-mailed through all relevant documents to Experian as requested by them for the update on my credit report concerning my sequestration and rehabilitation court orders. Experian incorrectly updated my credit report after more than two months to 0 and put the respective accounts under default. The law requires that all accounts before the date of Sequestration be taken off after Rehabilitation. It is NOT suppose to be in default and I am NOT suppose to have a credit score of 0! These accounts are not suppose to reflect on my credit report anymore. I am applying for a home loan and Experian’s unprofessional service is preventing me to qualify. Experian does not answer when I call and keeps on sending automated e-mail responses. I would like some actual assistance from somebody at Experian who knows the law and how to do their job properly and correctly. I am also not prepared to wait another 20 days, since this is by actual law suppose to be done in 7 days! Can somebody at Experian, who has got the knowledge on how to update court orders, please contact me so that this matter can be resolved in an actual professional manner and the proper time frame? After two months I am quite irritated and expect better service from a company that actually win awards.
