INCORRECT STNDARD BANK CREDIT REPORT

What a useless credit institution! I had a Standard Bank Credit Card that was in arrears, and I paid that Credit Card last year, in November 2022, but it still shows in arrears even today, 7 months later. I have sent them my paid-up letter to update my report, but it still shows in arrears in their system. I have sent countless emails, but still nothing has changed.
