Incorrect score captured on the mycreditcheck website

Compuscan has rated my credit profile as poor without any adverse listings on my credit profile. I have no idea how this happened. Their sister company mycreditexpert has rated my score as good with the same information. However, on mycreditcheck its poor with my accounts up to date and even paid in advance. Transunion as well with same information has a good credit score. Ive been trying to contact compuscan for 5 days now to no avail, the call will go on for hours without being answered, neither do they answer their calls. What does one do. This is affecting negatively my homeloan application.
