Incorrect Payment History
Compuscan doesn't want to correct my payment history despite me having provided evidence that I had no instalment due for the periods they say I was in arrears. My accounts were fully paid. I even submitted evidence that Nedbank and Edgars were both offering me limit increases because I always pay in time. Now Compuscan ignores my emails. Every other bureau has my correct info except Compuscan. It's been a nightmare dealing with their support. The support team will not even acknolegde an error.

23 Jan 2020, 15:45Good day Shingirai, thank you for the e-mail address. We have checked and have seen that the agents responded to all your e-mails. In particular, they showed you a screenshot of your profile, indicating the correct data. Balances were correct and no arrears were reflecting.
We also see that you have had access to your credit profile and none of the reports that you accessed show any arrears. The report that you accessed earlier today shows no arrears and the latest payments for December.
Wishing you all the best.

23 Jan 2020, 16:32The profile shows incorrect data for my 2 accounts. What they corrected is the balance on one account. The 2 accounts show I was not making payments for most of 2019. I sent an email explaining this but your team chose to ignore. Go to my profile and check the graph that shows payment history for each of my accounts. They show I was in arrears for most of last year which is not true. I had no instalments due because my accounts were paid up. Another issue is my profile shows I worked for a company called Zizamele Electrical which is not true. Rather than trying to be smart, just fix my profile.
