Incorrect listing on Compuscan
According to the Compuscan credit report I'm under debt review, a service I have app**** for or used in my life.

Tried calling them but no help

The South African Law should allow us to sue companies like Compuscan for wrong listing as this impacts our credit records

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If the report shows you are under debt review with Compuscan, it means that the debt counsellor has listed you as such with the National Credit Regulator.
In order for us to assist you to remove the status you will need to contact the NCR on *** and obtain a cancellation letter from them stating you are no longer under debt review, once received you can send us the cancellation letter with a copy of your South African Identity document and a proof of residence no older than 3 months to ***
Should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact our Consumer Care Department on ***.
