Incorrect listing
Despite a few requests my accounts have not been updated. A paid up letter was sent from my debt review counsellor and yet there is still an account there from ones that were settled with the debt review process. I have tried disputing it but I seem to get nowhere, last email asked me to send a paid up letter which I have done twice but still an account is there with false information

07 Sept 2022, 15:10My credit check states there has been a change in the status but yet the account is still there with a balance even after sending the paid up letter again
