Incorrect Listing - Adverse information and credit score rating

I have been sending emails to dispute incorrect listing to Experian over a month now; regarding an adverse information on my credit profile listed by FNB Temp Loans. I need this to be removed urgently. I am working very hard to build my credit score, however Experian is taking forever to remove this false information on my credit profile. I have tried to call them on a daily basis however no one ever answer the calls, will be holding for hours just to get through however no one ever answer, left my contact details still no respond, been sending follow-up emails still no feedback. This listing entails FNB Temp loan, which I took on May, this loan was paid on time, no payment was missed and no arrears have I have been on this account or any other account whatsoever. Both FNB temp loans with FNB are paid up and closed. I have also sent Experian the proof however, no one bother to contact me or update my profile. These listing has affected my credit score drastically. May you correct this urgently and update my profile correctly. As per FNB you have updated my profile but when I check on My credit check expert, this has not been updated yet. This is long overdue already, need my name to be cleared and my credit score to be corrected.
